IFAL 論壇是汽車制造業界盛會，是科技創新和產業界交流的高端平臺，是汽車照明的最高學術殿堂和最佳展示舞臺。

中國國際汽車照明論壇（IFAL）自2013年創辦以來，已經成功舉辦了六屆，吸引了國際國內從事汽車照明與汽車智能的專家、學者和企業，共同探討汽車照明設計、智能 車燈、產品制造、技術應用、未來發展趨勢 及標準法規制定等重大議題。IFAL 論壇的學術性和專業性得到了整個行業專家學者、企業的一致好評和高度重視，已成為汽車照明領域學術和產業界交流的最高端平臺。

論壇同時舉辦的高端技術展示，吸引了包括整車、車燈企業、光源公司、新材料企業、 設備供應商、檢測機構、研發機構、設計公司、模具開發公司等在內的眾多家單位參與，涵蓋了從設計研發到生產制造汽車燈具全產 業鏈的創新技術，是國內最高品質的車燈專業展示，提供眾多合作機會與商機。

我們誠邀國際國內汽車照明行業的科技研發、車燈制造、汽車企業、標準檢測、政府管理部門等專家、學者、企業家及同仁朋友共饗盛會。

International forum automotive lighting, China (IFAL) is a grand gathering in the automotive industry, a high- end platform for technological innovation and industrial exchanges, the highest academic hall and the best stage for automotive lighting.

IFAL has been successfully held six sessions since from 2013. This forum has attracted a great deal of international and domestic experts, scholars and enterprises of automobile lighting and automobile intelligence area to join in discussing such major topics as automobile lighting designing, intelligent automobile lights, product manufacturing, technology application, future development trend and standard and regulation setting. The academic nature and specialty of IFAL has been highly praised by domestic and foreign experts and scholars, which make the forum now becomes the high-level platform for academic and industrial exchanges in the field of automotive lighting.

At the same time, forum provides a high-end technology exhibition, which has attracted a large number of participants, including vehicle enterprises, lamp enterprises, light source companies, new material enterprises, equipment suppliers, testing organizations, research and development organizations, design companies, and mold development companies, etc. It covers the innovation technology of whole industry chain of automotive lighting, ranging from automotive lamp designing and developing to manufacturing. It is also the highest quality professionally automotive lighting exhibition, which providing many opportunities for cooperation.

3. Shanghai Hongqiaorailway station(Highspeedrailwaystation)

Boarding at Hongqiao Railway Station.Take the metro line2(GuangLanRoaddirection). Thenget off at Exit 1,LujiazuiStation and walk about 890 meters to the InternationalConvention Center. Distance between the railway station andconvention center is about 21.8 kilometers. It may take 80yuan to take a taxi.

一、征文流程

1. 作者提交擴展摘要。

2. 通知作者論文錄用方式：口頭報告或入會議論文集。

3. 作者根據要求準備最終提交所需材料：

1) 會議論文集：所有被接收的論文將被收入會議論文集。

作者需按照論文模板準備論文和論文版權

轉讓協議。

2)口頭報告：

作者除提交論文全文（.doc 和.pdf）和論

文版權轉讓協議外，需提交演講文件（.ppt

和.pdf）。

論文模板和論文版權轉讓協議可從IFAL網

站下載：http://www.ifal.net。作者需按論

文模板和投稿時間準備論文及其他材料，

以便順利完成論文審稿。

二、論文要求

1. 基本要求

1) 論文內容需尚未在國內外公開刊物或其他學術會議上發表。

2) 主題突出，內容層次分明，數據準確，論述嚴謹，結論明確，采用法定計量單位。

2. 提交摘要

作者需按照組委會提供的模板編寫并提交擴展摘要。

3. 論文格式

格式要求為WORD 文檔。

4. 摘要及論文的語言英語。

論文不可含有商業性的宣傳內容，否則不予安排在論壇演講，也不予收錄至會議論文集。

Guide for authors

REVIEW PROCEDURE

1. Authors submit extended abstracts.

2. Authors will be informed of the paper acceptance: Oral Presentation or Conference Proceedings.

3. Authors prepare final submissions depending on the following status:

① Conference Proceedings: the conference proceedings will published and included in a digital library. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, and authors have to prepare final papers and copyright transfer agreement according to the guidelines and given template.

② Oral Presentations: authors need to prepare paper , copyright transfer agreement and presentation files (PPT/PDF)

The paper template and copyright transfer agreement can be downloaded from the website of IFAL: http://www.ifal.net. Authors are required to prepare papers and other materials based on the provided template and to observe the deadline strictly.

PAPER REQUIREMENTS

Basic Requirements

①  The paper should not have been published in other technical publications or by other academic conferences.

②  The paper should contain a concise description of the objectives of the study, method of approach, significant results and conclusions. 

Abstract Submission

Authors are required to submit extended abstract according to the paper format template given on the conference website.

Paper Format

Among the above “CONTENTS”, the papers should adopt Word format.

Language of Abstracts, and Papers

English.
